Uniforms
Players are required to purchase a uniform to participate in games. The shorts and reversible singlets are predominantly dark blue with contrasting yellow pin striping and panels.
Cost of the uniform is $90.
Hoodies
Wildcats hoodies can be purchased from the Club. Contact the Club President for more information.
Uniforms

Saturday competition fees of $240 include:

registration, training, game scoresheet fees and entry fees for each game.

Waverley Wildcats train at Holy Family Parish hall on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Training times are scheduled according to the availability of our coaches.

New players may purchase their Wildcats uniform at registration for $90.

Players can purchase their Basketball Victoria (BV) insurance at registration. $26 provides 12 months' insurance from the start of the summer season.
Fees
The club operates as a non-profit organisation aiming simply to acquire sufficient income to cover our costs with a small surplus to enable us to improve the facilities provided to players and coaches.
Stadium admittance
$3 per player and spectator, to be paid at the venue. Children under 12 admitted free.
Note: A single payment of $3 covers all games for a day. Get your hand stamped before leaving the first stadium to entitle you to free entry at any other venue that day.
Registration fees
Player registration fees are paid once per season at the time of registration which includes the following items:

Under 10's to Under 18's

$100 for first player

$90 for second player

$80 for third player
U8's
To encourage our younger players to try basketball, registration fees for U8 players are waived.
Under 23's
Under 23 players have reduced regristration fees of $50 as no trophies or training facilities are provided.
Registration fees are used to pay for:

team registration with the MEBA
-
tiring of training venue
-
trophies
-
presentation nights
-
miscellaneous expenses such as website fees, training, basketballs, coaches equipment and polos and subsidised hoodies.
Team sheet fees

$90 per season, paid at time of registration.

If permanently playing in a second team, $90 per team applies.
This amount is passed on to team managers to pay the team fees each week and covers the cost of the court and referees. Some teams ask for $5 each week, but the total cost is the same.
