Registration
At the start of each season, all coaches must complete the Coaches Registration form.
Coaches over 18 must include details of their Working With Children card, including the expiry date.
Coaches under 18 years of age must complete the form to verify their birthdate. MEBA uses this information in order to issue you with a coach's pass. The pass will give you free admission to your games.
Member protection
The Member Protection Declaration is issued by Basketball Victoria and needs to be completed by all coaches and committee members over the age of 18. This is in addition to the Working with Children card.
The Member Protection Declaration must be witnessed by one of the professionals on the list below. The completed form must be returned to the committee where it will be stored securely. These forms must be completed every 2.5 years while a coach is with the Wildcats.
